Any radios available in India for Point to Point wireless connectivity exceeding 100 mbps? Wha'ts the price?

Unlicensed band over a distance of about 40 Kms, clear line of sight. As a bridge between two LANs.

I am sure any of the following sell to distribution in India. Don't know for a fact but just a bet.

Why wouldn't they be available. If they are here in the US, you can not buy stuff on line from the US?
