Possibly (in no particular order);-
what experience do you have with children - inside or outside of school?
what experience do you have of leading/assisting/organising out-of-school trips?
what would you see as your role during such trips?
what kind of planning/preparation might be needed for such trips?
what would you see as the advantages of such trips?
what if a problem arose?
how would you deal with a child that was misbehaving?
how would you deal with an accident/emergency?

Don't be nervous - just relax, be yourself and answer as honestly and as fully as you can, without going on TOO much! And don't forget to ask questions yourself, if you have any.
Good luck with the interview!

Well, they most definitely will ask you if you have any experience with children. They will probably have you fill out a release form so they can check your criminal history. They will want to make sure you have a clean record. Also they will want you to have a driver license and a good driving history. You will probably be asked a lot of " what would you do in this situation" type questions. Such as how you discipline and if you use positive reinforcement. And your suggestions for handling unruly children. I would just prepare to be yourself and make good eye contact, answer truthfully and be positive!.

You will be probably asked about your experience with that age group and your views about discipline. You may also be asked what you would do about children who misbehave on the trip and missing children.

Hint, there should be a teacher present and you will immediately inform the teacher of any problems and follow her directions.

You may also be asked about prior work experience and how you got along with co-workers and supervisors as well as why you left the job.

Good luck.

Most likely if you have any history of child abuse or ever been convicted for child molestation, among other things which are the most important.
They will have to do a fingerprint and background check.
Also, they will ask what your experience with children is, and you should have to provide past references which do not include relatives or friends.

they for sure are going to ask you about your experience. They also will probably ask you how your would handle an emergency or a conflict. Think of some past scenarios about these situations and how you have successfully handled them.
You will also be subject to screening for abuse and criminal record.

I work with kids so maybe I can help.

-BE YOURSELF. Employers dont want a person who they can see right through.
-Be honest with your interviewer; Tell them that you are nervous.
-Explain that you really want to work this job and that youre excited.
-They might ask you if youve ever had experience before.
-Show a true interest in children.
-Make sure you know how to properly care for a child of that age.

How this helps!
Message me and let me know how it went!
Good luck!
