Here's an interview that Hung did. It's pretty funny and he makes good points. http://www.villagevoice.com/blogs/food/archives/2007/10/hung_speaks_wha.php

Yes, I agree with Hung being the winner. He has the skills to back up his "arrogance".

In regards to the comment that he'll have a hard time keeping employees. Most of the traditionally trained chefs in high end restaurants have big egos, yell at their line chefs and are quite rude. For example, the chef from Hell's Kitchen, Gordon Ramsey. He's an example of a typical Head Chef in a high end restaurant. He may ham it up a little (notice I said, "a little") for the cameras, but the Head Chef has to be the task master.

I've watched every episode of season 3 (best season so far!) and Hung was not a team player but he was the best competitor so yes, he deserves to be Top Chef. Casey got frazzled last night & Dale loses focus..I would have been mad if they voted for Casey just b/c they've never voted for a female as top chef.

We have Iron Chef in Australia. I wonder if it is the same program?

definite little doubt! i'm in spite of the undeniable fact that a splash disillusioned to no longer see Sam as between the chefs. and that i might have enjoyed to have seen Hung and Marcel in opposition with one yet another! yet you spot i'm hooked in this coach so i may well be staring at no remember who they threw in that kitchen!

I have no clue about anything on TV. I know i miss a lot of good things but usually I just forget to turn it on. I wanted to watch the dancing show and forgot that as well.

I was in favor of Dale winning! Hung is too cocky and I'm sure he will have trouble keeping employees. Dale can fix my breakfast any day!
