In the manga and the anime Kakashi has not yet removed his mask so no-one knows what he looks like without it. However there are a number of fanart pictures around which give the fan's impression of what Kakashi looks like without the mask.

We haven't seen him with his mask off. Let me rephrase that we have and he has another mask underneath it. But all the picture you see with his mask are fakes, same with the two links people gave you as answers. That one has been going around for a while and it has been proven a fake so don't believe what they show you. Eventually we might see him with out his mask but for now we haven't. I hope this helps.

I've seen one actually, but i believe that isn't true because it was never shown in the anime or manga. Some kind of fanart of fans of naruto. But in naruto episode 101(I know that's old) they have almost seen it but shikamaru, chouji and ino just came barging in so... they did lose there chance to sa Kakashi's real face.

We have not officially seen him without his mask. Any pics you may find are definately shopped.
But the day will come when we see his face. Patience.
