Everytime I try to go to a website it says, that an error has occurred and that I'm not capable of accessing that URL. Why does it say that? Isn't a URL a web address? If not how can I go to a website using my cellphone?

A few things can cause this. The first is that you haven't received the settings required, from T-Mobile, to access the Internet. The second reason is that you are trying to use the suffix www. before the address of the site. With mobile phones, most sites that are compatable are suffixed WAP. For example, if you require the BBC website, it may accept www.bbc.co.uk but it will cost you heavily for browsing due to the amount of data. However, if the BBC has mobile compatability pages, you would input wap.bbc.co.uk and you will obtain pages that have been specially compressed to reduce the amount of data that your phone receives thus making it cheaper. The last possibility is that you have not allowed your phone to obtain Internet Access, you would need to check the settings of your phone to find out if that is the cause. If the problem persists, try going to the T-Mobile website and check the Q & As and/or troubleshooting pages to see if there is a solution there. You could also check the phone manufacturers site for their Q & As and/or Troubleshooting pages.
