nuke gos off in places like n.y.c. it talk about things like the frist 7hrs also the next 24hrs many things and it gave that web site but i check and could not find it.could you hepl me find it.

this guy was a army gen. it could have been on 580am i reaily would like to find this site. cause it tell you what to do in a case like this.
