I asked a question purely to mimic the idiotic nature of sooo many, I was shocked that I got soooo much support at a blantantly racist question..
Why is it that someone can post an anti american/british/male/female (yes I know M/F isnt a race!) and purely on the basis of that get support...
Why do others join the attack instead of defending when someone is being moronic and narrow minded..
Wars start because people support their own country, religion etc, without even considering the opinion of others may be more accurate....
I slated Americans...I got sooo much support from people agreeing, though they really should have just told me to SHUT UP!!

as well as loads of people agreeing...Loads of americans instantly went for the 'your teeth are gross, your royal family are this and that' why do people have such a store of insults ready (offending an entire nation) instead of answering an idiot with the lack of respect they deserve..???

racism is only alive on yahoo because people rise to the bait of silly questions, if you posted a questions slating the Americans then of course you are going to get them nasty reply from everyone, how about you don't try to mimic the idiots on here, there are racists out there and the things that they believe in is not supported by everyone, but this is a public forum and if a question offends you don't even give it the time of day, i believe everyone should be treated with the same respect as the next person, good luck with the rest of your day. . . . . . oh by the way SHUT UP. :)

Bigotry is rife on here.
I suppose I must live in a nice cosy world where everyone has brains and empathy for their fellow man and it is a severe shock to the system to encounter so many obnoxious, belligerent halfwits who have no compunction is slating someone based on the colour of their skin, religion, whatever.
If you really want your blood pressure cranked up, spend some time in "Immigration" and hear what the cretins have to say about asylum seekers and legal migrants...... sickening.

"freedom of speech" innit? However at the same time i think we all as a nation need to take a good hard look at the concept and make connections between Hitler and the Nazi ideology. He was exercising his right to being heard, however at what point did it begin to become murderous and when is it too much? When do the boundaries of freedom of speech begin to blur?

Ruby Mae- you must still be young and naive as we all once were.
The world is full of ignorant, selfish morons seeking to fulfill their own base cravings without delay and without thought to anyone else and that's the simplest cover-all explanation.
You make an interesting point- but I disagree on some of your sub-points- I'd argue war was about resources and supply- but that's neither here nor there.
In summary- some people are just idiots- what can you do. Just forget about it and move on.

Maybe the politically correct thing to do is tell you to shut up, but if they agree with you then they're not gonna.

Because people are bigoted. Not racist. There is a huge difference between the two and not enough people know the difference. They are also not thinking about what they are saying and just jumping on what ever bandwagon that you, or anyone else, is putting out there. :) I for one agree with you.
