Question

I would like to update my Cisco SOHO76 router.
1. are there any opensource flash software to flash a router
2. where do i get the latest SOHO76 router firmware!!
I searched as much as i could but could not catch a trail or guide lines

Thanks for your reply. Please note that i would like some suggestion as to how i can flash the router assuming i have a flash software.

Is the flash updates available on the cisco site without the need to login etc?
