I say its gotta be the guy who plays Sean Slater, those ridiculous facial expressions, pursed lips, raspy voice. he went to the Hammy school of acting.
I think hes closely followed by Chelsea and Carly.Appalling.

that Phil Daniels (married to Denise) is the worst caricature of a Cockney I have ever seen, and hes a real Cockney/Londoner!! Shame on him!

Chelsea, Ben, Sean, Bradley, Peggy, Phil, Roxy, Ronni, Lucy, Peter, Pat, All the Wicks family, Dot, Jim, Max, Tanya, etc etc (get the picture? They're all as bad as each other!)
Actually I like Eastenders, my favourite actor is Chips (Ian Beale's dog!)

She;s not in it any more, but Vicky (Den's daughter) was pretty bad, she had a different accent every week!!! I thought Sharon was pretty bad too. Pete Beale (awite twealce) used to make me cringe!! I think the acting has improved over the years, it used to be so stiff and it's not half as bad as it used to be. If you look back at the days of Kelvin and his Dad, Ali and Sue Osman and Colin and Barry etc.. you can see how the acting has improved.
Still, our British soaps are better than American, at least they are close to believable, I watched the Days of our Lives yesterday, I have never seen such bad acting in all my life, it's so bad it's comical!!!
I live in Greece now and 'Stenders is the only British soap I can watch, I suppose I appreciate it a lot more!!

Years ago there was a guy called Ali Osman and he wife Sue who originally owned the cafe, he was so wooden it was unreal. Pete Beale (Ian's dad) "Alright tweekle", some punk girl Mary who had a kid, that Chelsea Fox girl, she is just awful, and I thought I was going to like the new woman Heather, but watching her I don't think she can act for toffee

Spot on. I agree with you entirely especially Chelsea. She always accents the wrong word in a sentence and gives it an entirely different meaning. Carly is at full volume all the time. Sean is just too spaced out even when he's meant to be playing 'normal'. ALL actors are required to say 'Mind me stall' 'Drinks on the ouse' 'Was goin on' 'How's little Ben' 'I wanna word wiv you' and ' 'we need to tork, amongst others.

I agree with you there about Sean Slater. Another one I hate is Phil Mitchell. He always talks in hoarse whispers. I have good hearing yet I find myself straining to hear what he says. I hate Stacey Slater too. Her voice sounds like a cat shrieking because it is being strangled. It cuts through me like a hot knife through butter.

The woman that plays Shirley - she used to be in Bad Girls and was exactly the same character. Talk about your 'one trick pony'. Coupled with the fact that she looks like a bulldog chewing a wasp, I think she's one of the worst characters in it. How she ever managed to get a bloke, let alone procreate, looking like that is beyond me!

Worst actor has to be Arthur Fowler ,he`s taking this dead thing a bit too far. hasn`t said anything for years..Best actor is Ian Beale, Brilliant over the last couple of episodes.
