Here is something you might be able to use.
Jesus' Family Values (Mark 3:31-35)
There came then his brethren and his mother, and, standing without, sent unto him, calling him. And the multitude sat about him, and they said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren without seek for thee. And he answered them, saying, Who is my mother, or my brethren? And he looked round about on them which sat about him, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren! For whosoever shall do the will of God, the same is my brother, and my sister, and mother.
Compare: Matthew 12:46-50; Luke 8:19-21
Hope this helps you.
Peace

For friends, there is David and Jonathan. Or Mary and Martha and Lazarus and Jesus.
For family there is a bad example in David and Absalom.
Another bad example would be Jacob playing favorites among his sons - esp Joseph and his coat of many colors.
And of course the entire book of Ruth is good examples of family love - Ruth and Naomi, Ruth and Boaz - and Ruth got to be one of the ancestors of Jesus.

Jesus' sermons on the mount are always excellent, i.e. the prodigal son, depends upon the particular lesson you are trying to highlight.
