You don't. It's sometimes very painful, and I was wondering if anyone knows, what causes the sneeze not to come out?

sneezing, is the bodys of getting rid of offensive materials, that have accumlated in side of the nose.
To stiffel the sneeze, place your finger across your nostrils, and with gentle pressure, hold tour finger there, till the urge to sneeze passes.

I don't know the answer, but you can make this happen by looking at a light source and saying "yes"
