Unburnt fuel, suggest that you have the boiler serviced every year, mention that you require a diagnostic check.
Unburnt fuel is YOUR money being pumped out.
There is one exception............It could be steam on a very cold morning.
For every litre of oil used, the boiler produces 10% more as water vapour.
