I've just been watching the Roddy Piper DVD. Has anyone seen the dog collar match between Greg Valentine and Roddy Piper from Starcade 1983. I now have a new favourite match.

Piper was funny as hell back in the day. Heel or not the guy could flat out entertain the crowd. Two great legends, great match.

I've seen it several times. It was billed as the first ever Dog Collar match, but I know of at least 3 before his match, including one with Roddy Piper. They are the Junk Yard Dog vs Michael Hayes twice and Roddy Piper vs Mas Dog Buzz Sawyer.
