When I was in high school and college, I masturbated a lot. Then I got a girlfriend and although we had sex, I still masturbated from time to time.
Now, I'm 24 and single. Sometimes when I masturbate (I like to do it once a day, more if possible), my heart feels like it skips a beat, like a flutter, and it makes me worry. I don't know that's normal for a person at 24, but what should I do? What is it that's going on?
I figure I shouldn't masturbate so much, but that would suck. I'm 5'7" 148 lbs. and don't smoke. So I don't know, my heart should be healthy. I did have a grandfather with heart disease though.
