I'm a detail oriented person who can handle the day-to-day functioning of a call center. I work well under pressure and I have the ability to multi-task rather effectively. I'm a skilled and professional speaker who can dictate instructions and question callers clearly and concisely.

That's a start, for me anyway.

About it here, in my country, its a kind of work not well payed but flexible, that we can do just some hours and it may be interesting to help and knwo new people, but i think not a job for long time...

Tell them that you are practicing for when you get married and you like the abuse you receive from people you call and they don't want to be bothered. This call center is refining your sence of humor for the reality of living. I bet you don't get too many questions after that. Good luck

depending on what kind of call center it is but normally you should answer something like; i love to help others and trying to solve their problems ....
