It is simply telling you that it is about to fail and that you have to replace it NOW!

it means the fan cooling the processor on your computer is spinnin too slow. if you bought it and it says that, then take it back. if you've had it for ages, then probably its gone dusty, and if you get a blower fan or even a good electric car tyre pump, you can blow off the dust from the fan if you open the CPU and it should be back to normal. if not, then it's probably bust, and you should get a new one

You're going to have to clean out your hard-drive. The hard-drive will gather up tonnes of dust overtime and this can slow down or clog up the fans.
Just take off the cover, vaccum or blow away the dust and your fan should hopefully speed up.

replace the fan. computer fans are cheap nowadays just go get a new one.

Please increase the fan RPM from the BIOS
