i would have to go with either ice hockey or motorcross just from personal experience.

Tried to get here 1st to say, in fact; Motocross is the most demanding!

1. Rugby
2. Soccer
3. Ice Hockey


Rugby because it is a mixture of Soccer and Hockey. Physical toughness without taking breaks.

Soccer is about hockey because you only get one break for 10 minutes. In hockey, you get shifts.

Gladiator fighting. Not that wimpy stuff they show on television. I mean the type that Emperor Caesar enjoyed watching at the Roman Coliseum. A fight to the death against another gladiator, all for the amusement of the citizens of Rome would have to be physically demanding.

I agree, Motocross is a grueling sport.
Tour de France riders, each race is over a thousand miles & involves hills too.
