Well, Joe, people DO get pregnant while using birth control-is it your idea that everyone should only have sex if they want a child? Sex is a normal part of life for healthy people.
If a careless woman gets pregnant can you really say it's a good idea for her to bear a child she doesn't want? Don't give me the adoption copout, there are too many foster homes out there for that dog to hunt. Better to end that life while it's a non-sentient ball of cells the size of a pinhead.

I am a big believer in Pro- Choice. I am also a life long supporter of Planned Parenthood. I am very much "pro-education" so that females know how to not get pregnant and based on your income, that is FREE at PP. In the event BC fails, every female has a right to have an abortion. I think teens today however, often think of it as a means of birth control and I think that is just pure ignorance.

I also have another very unpopular view. I think that everyone should have to prove they are fit to become pregnant ( be a mom) in the first place, just like you have to do with adoption. I've worked with many teen/ early 20's females that get pregnant on purpose and call it an accident in some delusional attempt to control or hang onto their boy friends. They are giving birth to what they consider a mere pawn, like it is a game. Planned Parenthood is for guys too- GUYS- Wear your condoms for more than STD's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pro-Choice to me means a convenient disclaimer or an amendment to a rule established by Our Creator as a covenant between Himself and Mankind. Now since he was the rule maker I would think he would have to change his mind on the fifth commandment "Thou Shalt Not Kill" I don't see that happening now or ever! Pro Life, always error to the side of LIFE!

I think a woman should have the ability to decide if she wants to have a baby or not. Gosh! What if the tables were turned and they said you can't have a baby - what is the difference? It is her body and she should be the one to decide what to do with it. Maybe some day the government will be forcing people to have forced sterilizations to control the population - what is the difference - it is wrong. Your body - you decide. Living wills - what about if someone said you have to live in a vegetative state whether you want to or not - even though you will never get better. Your body, your decision. Why let other people decide for you - it is your body!

"Pro-choice" is a false term. There is nothing honorable about a "choice" to murder out of convenience the life you've brought about because you didn't keep your legs closed or your pants zipped up, which involved the choice.

I call it: "pro-death-disguised-as-choice" and it should not be allowed by law. We now are seeing toddlers being murdered because of the devaluation of life and I predicted long ago that this would happen.

The unborn baby has no 'choice' over being murdered.

Brings a whole new meaning to the term "mommy knows best", when obviously 'mommy' was too careless, stupid or lazy enough to use one of the 15 or so contraceptive methods available that our grandmothers would have given their eye teeth for!

The only person who should have any say in the matter is the one who is pregnant.
