The best relief I get from stress is at least one hour a day of a very rough work out, usually tennis cause I can hit something instead of someone! I also do some kick box ans well as Mu Vay Thai. Chocolate, that stresses me out cause it puts divots in my but!

hugging my bloke, chillin with friends maybe with some beer, a nap, a walk in heavy rain or real strong wind, looking at the sea when its stormy, sexx, cigarrettes, these herbal calms pills i take some times.

Riding my bicycle as fast as I can for an hour or two. Having sex helps too of course.
