When someone blames another race because of their own color,does that make them the racist as well?In other words,doesn't the fact that some (like Al Sharpton)blame racism on others mean they are racist themselves?Opinions?

at the beginning, racism demands conversing some specific race. that sounds like a difficult one, but anything to do with lumping all people of the same colour as the one you blame is recism, i think, say if one black, or asian person does you wrong then you blame all of their race, diffinatly racism.
