Clear your thoughts and say goodbye to your heartache in SECONDS!

1) Close your eyes! Think and picture in mind a memory that you think is still bothersome to you up to now! Can you see it now?

2) Freeze that moment that you know has the greatest effect on you! (phobias, heartaches, resentments or habits) Done?

3) Frame that picture now, like a painting!
Add some frames you may fancy! (metal, gold, bordered, etc.) Then, add some crazy sounds to it! (circus bands playing, marching bands, etc.) Done?

4) Open your eyes, clear your mind and take a 1 minute breather! Done?

5) Finally, close your eyes again! Try to recall it!
Is it still there? Try again! No luck? GOOD!

Congratulations, you've just change your old braincoding of that memory! Bad memories (or encodings) are bad for your mind and body! Now, you don't have to worry if anything triggers that memory! I bet it took you more or less just 10minutes to do that! Welcome to the world of Matrix!
"NOT BAD FOR ONE DAY HA?"

Btw, adding the new you to an old skill can still bring new challenges! That's what skill is all about, right?
Have a great day! mwah!

A coin trick!! here's how

Disappearing Coin:

To do this trick, hold the coin (preferably 10p) in your hand, between your thumb and your index finger. The palm of your hand should be facing your body.
Now practice passing the coin from your right hand to your left hand. If you're left handed, you can hold the coin in your left hand. It's good to do this so you know what it's supposed to look like when you pretend to pass the coin. That way you can fake it better.

Now, for the magic. This time instead of passing the coin to your other hand, use the index and middle fingers on your empty left hand to knock the coin into your right hand.

You still pretend to grab the coin with your left hand, as you are dropping it into your right hand.

MAGIC!!!
