Sum1 deleted my empire earth 2 from the file not the uninstall program. now it cant install or uninstall. how do i get rid of it so i can reinstall it?

Try going into Windows Explorer and check for any folders under "Program Files" that come from the game or the manufacturer (Can't recall who does the Sid Meyers games..Firaxis I think).
In addition, go to your start menu, type in the "Search" engine for files and folders "Empire Earth". Delete any files that come up. Reboot and try installing the game again. I've had success in doing that in the past and once all hidden files have been removed it installs.

Try Start - Control Panel - Add or Remove Program, then find the Empire Earth 2 icon and then find delete.
