They always say to 'contact a member of staff'..

I thought the whole point was to make it quicker..

I try not to shop at Tesco. I prefer Auchan.
I wasn't happy with the service at Tesco and their return policy.

i tell you at asda they have this new self service but thing is if you dont put item in bag before u scan the next it tells you off !! technology today hey lol

No because I will not use them, its just a way of the supermarkets cutting down on staff, and earning even more money!!!
