Could anyone give me a clue how to make a pop up book?

Well, we have a project in accounting subject that we should make use of a folder and then we have to make a pop-up picture that is related to accounting.

I'm thinking of a pop up picture of a money but i dont have any idea on how to make a pop-up picture. . .can anyone tell me how?

i want it to pop up in the middle but how will it pop up???? i really dont know :(
