It sounded to me like an Irish folk tune "The Pride of Petrovar". Not totally sure. The Chad Mutchell Trio did a cover of this back in the 60's.
EDIT:
My answer is not correct -- disregard "Pride of Petrovar". I will snoop around for a better answer.
