Cyber End Dragon Help?

Can you fuse 3 proto-cyber dragons together to fusion summon a cyber end dragon? Lots of people say you can because prot cyber's effect says it's name is treated as cyber dragon but yber end's effect says A Fusion Summon of this card can only be conducted with the above Fusion Material Monsters. and a prot cyber isnt exactly a cyber...

Please explain thnx ^^

i think so but I'm not completely sure (u r talking about Yu-gi-oh right?)

Yeah I think you can because proto cyber dragon's name changes to cyber dragon so there shouldn't be a restriction to this...
