My Number 1 suggestion would be Meditation! The concept of Meditation is to stop all brain activity as best you can. This has a calming effect on your whole system. Also, a lot of stress keeps its hold on you if you have a somewhat sedentary lifestyle. I do and have found that just a few minutes of yoga stretching exercises does WONDERS for me as far as reducing the amount of time it takes me to really relax after work. There are some natural remedies that may help as well. Teas made from Valerian, lobelia, hops and camomile not only help keep you calm, the tea preparing, steeping and drinking is kind of calming too!

i think u should start doing yoga.my father was sufferng from stress he started doing yoga it helped! u can also reduce ur stress by listening to some good music or if it is work related stress then i sugest that u take a long leave and go for a hoilday to a hill station or some place like kerala and enjoy wid ur family or frnds.what u can also do is have some hobby or do some social work.ull feel good coz ull fell that u have helped someone else. but for all this what u really need to do is stop thinking bout what is actually putting u into stress forget bout it and do something better in life!

do oe think of something u like the most. Think of somebody u love. get some music and adequate sleep. Many more personal can also be found out if u start practising these things. For ex if i feel stress i walk a lot inside my house. So arrive at habits that suits u. pl dont take any pills. Stress is not related to physical health. Its in ur mind

Sleep. Plenty of quality sleep. I recommend using either Kava Kava extract, Melatonin, or Valerian. I'm sure there are others out there i.e. Passion Flower but I've not tried that one yet. I am amazed at how well herbs help me get good sleep and just plain relax. The more rested you are the less tension and stress you will experience. Also, weed the junk out of your life. Maybe say "no" to people once in awhile. Good luck and sweet dreams.

Then close ur eyes and listen to music on headphones

If u hav a prob, talk about it with a friend. Share ur fellings. It will make u feel better. If da prob is personal, talk to da most dearest friend or doctor
