my mate was at the perth train station and he got bashed by a group of asian gang and nobody stopped to help him, they just walked past without a care. Would you stop somebody from being bashed what would you do if you were walking past?

I think by saying "bashed" you mean what we call "jumped"
Yes, I've seen it recently. Several months ago, I had this terrible neighbor (parties, wild teenagers, cops there everyother day) and one night when I got home from work, there was a party going on and these 3 kids-2 girls and a guy-were bashing this girl. I went out into my drive way, all in my pj's with my flashlight and yelled at them to stop, saying if they can't fight fair then not to fight at all. Of course the cowards fled. Then I called the police. Thank goodness that neighbor got kicked out.

No i havent but you can't be stupid about it because you will just get your head bashed in especially if there is only one of you & in my case im a woman what could i do? even if i said to stop it (which i may say that ) that would not work but i would ring the police & say how important it was & to get there real quick!
heaps of guys today are on drugs & dont know when to stop an attack & they pull knives etc so its very very dangerous & i think thats the reason people dont help because its because they are scared

I would certainly call the police on my mobile straight away i wouldnt just walk past i mean you think if a person was getting bashed up and that and your mate just walked by its not nice. they wouldnt like that. so thats just very bad walking past. so if i saw that i would call the police asap!
