What does "Punch-out" mean in Sale?

I have been to a sales reference where they were talking about TCO, E-commerce and Punchout and i did not know what to comment as i do not know them all.

I need to understand what they all are and if there is a website i can get all this information and specially if there is a certain course i can go for.
