I thought they were here to just help the poor people out? Why are they uppity over SCHIPP when 1 in 4 Americans with disabilities smoke, compared to 1 in 5 non-disabled.

The disabled must not be prevented from smoking because it is one of the good things in life that they can do.

Smoking is bad - not because it kills the smoker but the innocent people around them. with your thinking you could say that the government is anti the young because they have made recreational drugs illegal.
