Yes, but a large part of it is what a woman makes of herself. A physically "average" woman who is well dressed and looks like she takes care of herself (that is, her hair is well kept and styled, nails done, make-up, etc.) and carries herself with a great amount of esteem will be perceived as beautiful and so treated better than a physically "beautiful" woman who is wearing dumpy sweats and flip-flops.

Yes they do, like when they are shopping, they get more attention from the sales staff, or when they want to enter a club, they get entry easily as the bouncers notice them first.

it's not actually about good-looking face ..appeareance matter that includes, your style, style to talk, to behave, to walk to, to introduce, to interact etc...it's a complete package deal
