Does anyone have any info on the company behind the anime legends boxsets, are they legit or bootleg, and what kind of quality do they offer

Yeah they are legit. They usually just have rereleases of older series. You can find "anime legends" stuff for sale at BestBuy and the like. I'm pretty confident that if anime legends wasn't legit, ADV, Geneon, etc would have filed some complaints to BestBuy. Since they haven't, and BestBuy only sells reputable products, I can't see any reason to think that they aren't legit.
