I heard that in the State of Ohio if you aren't old enough to legally drink (21) .. but you marry someone who is 21(or older) .. then you can legally drink in the State.
Is that true?

It appears that as long as you just chill out at home with your spouse, your spouse is not in jeopardy for giving you a drink. Your 21-year-old spouse has to "supervise" you though.
Good luck getting anyone to serve you in a bar under this, though.

(A) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, no person shall sell beer or intoxicating liquor to an underage person, shall buy beer or intoxicating liquor for an underage person, or shall furnish it to an underage person, unless given by a physician in the regular line of the physician’s practice or given for established religious purposes or unless the underage person is supervised by a parent, spouse who is not an underage person, or legal guardian.

no the law still applies to each person as an indivdual. Some states however it is legal to drink in your own house in these cases but you can not purchase it.

No it's not true. You have to be of age to drink, it doesn't matter how old your spouse is.

No you MUST be 21....you can however have them buy for you while you drink IN YOUR HOME......
