Does anyone know of an art & craft supply shop that carries a wide range of products and are reasonably priced? Perhaps that supplies to schools? Other than Sagacity and Art Friend in Bras Basah.

"Michael's" Arts and Craft store. If you don't have one in your area look in your yellow pages, they should have a list of small stores even that may be reasonable.
