This sounds like something criminal going on, I would ask the police to step in and. see what the problem is. Your alone, don't stick your nose into something like drugs being used or, traded, you might get into trouble.

Don't look out the window while this is going on, ignore it. I would see the police though, they'll either take care of it or ignore you.
