Our company want to buy a IP PBX, which brand is good? Is there any for Skype using?

Why buy one when you can download Asterisk PBX software and put that on an older computer. Asterisk is Open Source and very flexible.
As for Skype, Since it uses a Peer to Peer protocol, you can't use it on a PBX. There are several VoIP solutions that do use that. I personally use Gizmo Project with my Asterisk PBX and it works great.

Full system for under a grand!!! No lease, cheap long distance, etc.
