India should stick to 4 bowler and 7 batsmen. 10 overs of fifth bowler can be shared between yuvaraj Singh, Sachin and Ganguly as even with 5 regular bowlers India have not been able to restrict the opposition. That will strengthen the batting

This is very hasty on your part. Today, just because we lost with the 5 bowler policy, India has become bad and tomorrow, just because we win a game with the 5 bowler policy, we become good again?
This is really wrong on your part. I agree partially that in every 3rd game Sachin has to come in to break the partnerships. But you fail to realise that he is brought in only because the 2 spinners playing the game don't perform the way they are expected to. Eventhough batting is our strength, don't even have to bowl in a game to win it? Are the opposition gonna tell us, "Ok, so you dont have 5 bowlers? Don't worry. We'll bowl 100 overs and you just keep batting". We can't do that, can we?
We need to realise that our players MUST perform in every game they play. Then and only THEN can we decide on whether playing 4 or 5 bowlers. If 5-6 players like Sachin, Sourav, Gambhir fail every 2nd game, who should come to blame?

India suffers because the fast bowlers don't pack a punch like me. spinners have ceased to do any wonders long back, after kumble retired.
so, imo Indian cricket team should go with 4 fast bowlers and I am not meaning Irfan pathan kind of bowler who bowls in 110 kmph range. Nehra should replace him. We need Shoiab Akhtar or maybe Lasith Malinga, to terrorize hearts of opponents.
forget spinners, forget all rounder. get me some good company. we will throw beamers, stare at batsmen, barge in them, and then when we will get them out, we will perform war dance :-)

That is because, we are short-starved by good genuine all rounders. Previously, we had, Kapil Dev, Ravi Shastri, Manoj Prabakar, bit earlier, Mohinder Amarnath, Madan Lal, Roger Binny, etc. If Players like Irfan Pathan, Joginder Sharma, etc come-up properly, we can beat this problem.

well we never given imporatnce to bowlers, we were have 7 btasman, but they of no use. 5 bowlers , that too 3 -4 fast bowlers like ausis, sa, & pak, will do.

i dont think so. when india has 4 bowlers the other team piles up a mammoth total. the real fact is that we are suffering because we dont have a genuine all-rounder.
