You probably have just one switch to operate both left and right mirrors (with change over button). If this is the case then the problem is almost certainly the mirror itself or the wiring to the mirror where it goes through the door.
You will need to check the feeds at the connection to the mirror.

Test for power and ground at the harness connector to the mirror when you operate the switch..if you get power and ground, then the mirror motor is bad....if not, it's the wiring or maybe switch is bad. Maybe test for power and ground at the switch first.
