In a fight between Jackie Chan and Jet Lee, who would be the victor?

Unfortunately, everyone sees these two in action on TV & in the movies & think that is reality -- Jackie Chan & Jet Li are both masters at their art & the movie stuff is just "fluff" showcasing their talents. Basically, no one would win easily. Hence your childish argument is valid. Given everything else they are almost equals in ability. That said, Jackie Chan may not be as young and spry as he once was, but with age comes wisdom, & wisdom would win out.

If you consider this a childish argument why do you care?
Well to answer your question scientifically, if I was a bookie and had to set odds up for this fight I would need to weigh in all the facts about each.
Jackie Chan never used wires to "look like" he was doing stunts. But on the other hand while Jackie Chan was in good shape enough to do real amazing stunts he is getting older, this slows him down. Jet Lee on the other hand is still young and this gives him a speed advantage maybe an endurance advantage as well.
Jackie could have the endurance advantage from years of stunts.
I can say this in a match it would look more like a sparing match than anything you see on the movies.
Probably based very much on what is practical, because there are no second takes in a real fight.
I think for age and speed Jet Lee has the advantage.
But I think for power and endurance Jackie Chan has the advantage.
It is interesting but I really don't much care who would win it has nothing to do with me.

Now if Chan were to face Jet Li, I think Li would probably come out on top.
