is there more advangtage having a degree and a diploma?

Yes. Besides a better paying job,some people would tend to look at the person with the degree as a highly valuable asset and may also put the person on the fast tracks to promotions in the company. whereas the person with the dilploma may not. in addition, the person with the degree would be more trusted to make certain decisions over the person who has the diploma. However, the person with the degree has to know what he's doing for that to happen , otherwise, the person with the diploma may recaive all the benefits i.e. including promotions
