first and foremost, I wanted thank evryone who replied, I got a message that someone replied with a question, but I couldn't find it. Anyhow, I think it's spyware, I am starting to hear clicks that were not initiated by me and the mail page wouldn't load.
But than again it could be from deleting cookies and temp files.
Also I tried to go to processes and eliminating as much stuff as I can get away with, I ended up accidently turning off the computer. With a little bit of practice I got my page file (mostly keeping the system files) to 270 MB from 350. But I have to keep my comp. on stnd by or redo the prcess every boot. If someone can refer me to file extension dictionary I would gratly apreciate it.

Best advice - Back up all your personal data and use your Recovery disk to re-install Windoze. THIS IS NOT AN OPTION!
