No proof at all. When I lost my dad, I found myself thinking that if there was a spirit world and spirits could communicate with us then I would definitely get some kind of vibes from him....NOTHING.
When a few of my good friends died...NOTHING again.
SPARKLES.....The pain of your loss WILL get better. You can still feel close to your sister...Remember her as she was when she was alive, before she became ill. Remember all the good times you shared with her...If she has a grave, go there sometimes.
Just going there and putting a few flowers and saying a few words to her will keep her memory alive in your head.

As i have said before i am a big believer.
People think that just because it has not been their turn to see anything must mean that there is no afterlife.
BUT LIKE THE SAYING GOES,WE CANNOT SEE FRESH AIR BUT IT IS THERE.
I always see things move or dark shadows also then look and nothing, this is meant to mean you are sensitive to this.
My grandad died 13 years ago,and someone really pulled my skirt once while i was washing up,THAT IS FOR DEFINITE, a medium told me it was my grandad.
ALSO my nan was my best friend she died 4 years ago,she was 67 she was a big believer,I had a baby on the day she died 2 years after.
SONGS have played and other little things also over time

I have had many message from Mediums in what people call proof of survival too many to list
One was from my Father-in-law and it was "I am sorry I just didn't know" and that's all I need to hear
And another was from my Grandfather just to let me know "he was still dancing with the ladies up there" he loved to dance so to me he was just answering a question that did cross my mind
Love & Blessings

When my Dad died, until we had finally scattered his ashes in a place chosen specially for him, we were still on edge and waiting to close the chapter of his life. Once we had scattered his ashes we all felt at peace as we had set him free to wander as he pleased. That was his nature and that was our feeling in setting his soul free but whether that means anything about the spirit world is total conjecture.

1;death of my grandad,2 days after he died i saw his spirit it spoke one word "home" and then disapeared
2;when my father died my mother always said she could see him in the garden
3;when my mother died i and my brother could see her distinct shadow on the wall in the living room
death is not the end it is only the begining and even if it isn't just remember your loved ones are not really dead so long as you remember them
