Happens occasionally. Maybe someone close to me that can't handle the hassle that comes with it. Or a co-worker who really tried and just came up a little short. Sometimes just because I've got a thicker skin and somebody's making a big deal out of nothing. When you have subordinates, taking the blame is probably about as important as taking the credit.
Actual count? Couldn't tell you. Not all that terribly many times, but enough.

A few times a year. If it makes the moment pass quicker.
However, on the opposite side of that - if Friend A accuses me of doing something but Friend B has evidence that I am innocent (and I know I am innocent), I will repeat what Friend B said even if B said not to just to clear my name.

OMG too much. I always say, hey if i did it, I'll admit it... usually some kinda joke or prank... and its true... if i did it, I'll own up to it...
I can't understand people. They cant figure things out, so they assume. We all know what happens when you ***.u.me.
