im 13 years old half filipino and half puerto rican
i can dance sing and act.

you haven't a chance. you cant get an agent until you are ready to compete with the best actors in the world and you won't be ready to compete for years. commercials are not the easy access job that inexperienced youngsters think they are. Rather they are the hardest and best jobs for actors to get. sing and act as much as you can where you are and if you are star quality someone will notice and you will get a chance to do something.

That's their website and you should find out what they want you to have ready for the audition. (i.e. a certain type of song. will they have an accompanist or do you need a recorded one, etc. )
