Well, so far, he's introduced me to his family and friends, and his family likes me and are nice to me. He has issues with his ex, though, because they have a kid together, but he assured me that I was the one he loved and not her, and that he just sees her because of his daughter and nothing else. Every time he sees her I don't get jealous, but then I can't help but be a little insecure. Who can blame me? So I went and talked to his brother about how I felt, and he said that I shouldn't get insecure because he's just seeing his ex for the reason that he loves his daughter so much. His brother also told me that my boyfriend loves me, because he told his mom so. His sister also said that she could see by the look in his eyes that he really loves me, and he said that every quality that he's looking for in a girl is with me.

Well, his ex still can't seem to move on. She even considers herself as his wife, but then they aren't even legally married. His friends tell me to just ignore her, but then it also came to a point where she starts threatening and insulting me. I never fought back and I never gave up on our relationship even if she did that to me, which is why he appreciates me more. His former girlfriends gave up on him right away after his psychotic ex went ballistic on them.

I can imagine how you feel! I guess that happens to everyone! but you shouldn't feel like that!i guess you knew that he has a child, from your first dates you start dating! If he shows that he loves you! there was something wrong between them for sure! because they broke up!! Al tough they have a child! But you should be HAPPY that he goes to see his daughter, as that shows that he is a responsible person!

I feel the real qt u shd be askin urself is whether YOU love him or no???????? cause sounds like he is fine with u, the family is fine with you but ur insecurities are showing up here! why dont u cross examine urself whether u love him and are ready to accept the fact that he has a daughter, and if u do then believe me u will not be thinking bout him loving you but instead focusing on how you will be keeping your relationship together. Be very careful, trust me i know from experience that this kind of insecurity pushes the men we love away, eventually he will get tired of having to re-assure you and give up. He loves his daughter of course and the fact is because of her, he will always be in contact with the mother, thats just the way it is and its better for the child that way. just remember that they are not together for a reason. also be careful of how much you talk to his family because they too will start becoming annoyed, blood is thicker than water. insecurity is a very dangerous thing, if you trust him and want to be with him, you should trust him completely and believe that he loves you.
