In what respects are you asking? In regards to the races intermarrying and living together? In regards to immigration? I'll edit my answer if you give just a little bit more in detail.

It's too soon to say anything. You see,it hasn't even been given a fair trial at any reasonable scale and in a coordinated manner.Prime minister of Britain has a problem which is more of an assimilation and virtually nothing of multiculturalism. The basic premise for multiculturalism is equality for all participants, which is mostly absent in Britain at present.

Funny - the prime minister of Australia said something similar, wants to concentrate more on assimilation and less on the multi-cultural - somehow has forgotten that white australia was not here first anyway, I think there's been too much canoodling with GWB in The US and out PM's have lost the ability to think for themselves or their countries.

I love multi-culturalism and am a bi-product of it. My ancestry includes, Greek, English and Scottish. My maternal ancestry goes back through 7 generations of Australian born women....

It would be great if you could expand your question a little bit more....

I think it works fine here in the United States of America. That is because we have jobs. In England where you don't have jobs, so you hang out at the pub all day and watch soccer, then get into fights over stupid shite like being a fan of another team.
