It could be because of your height and frame. Short, smaller frames tend to look more pregnant than others. Also, it depends on the way you are carrying the baby. There are three different ways that a woman can carry a baby: All in back, all in front, or all over.
Not to worry, the size of your belly doesn't indicate the actual size of the baby at birth.

All women are different when I was 7 months pregnant with both of my pregnancy I looked like I was about 4 months everyone told me my babies would be small but my son weighed 8lbs 9ozs at birth and my daughter weighed 8lbs and 3ozs at birth. But when I hit my 9th month I was huge and all togather I gained more weight then I was suppose to I gained 54 pounds with my son and 49 pounds with my daughter. So yes it is normal for you to look 7 months and only really be 4 months. Good Luck and Congradulations

Different women grow at different rates. If it is your second baby or more, if you are slim or if you are carrying twins, you may be bigger than others at 5 months. It could also be a bigger baby or you could be gaining too much weight. Your doctor will start to measure your abdomin around your 6th month and they will be able to tell if you are bigger than you should be.

Yes it is completely normal. Bumps come in many shapes and sizes so do not worry. As long as your scans and caregivers are happy with your progress enjoy your pregnancy.
Good Luck

Yes, you baby might just be really big, or you could also have swelled up a lot! Babies just need lots of room to spread out and be comfy! If you are really concerned talk to your doctor about it!

Some women just look bigger. We all carry differently. I was HUGE. As long as your belly is measuring right along where it is supposed to, you are fine.

Every woman is different. A good rule of thumb is whatever is normal for you is normal. So, yes, it's completely normal. :)
