In the summer, zero but in the winter about three, I love to cuddle on cold nights.

In the winter I don't keep the house very warm so when I sleep it's with my regular comforter and a second heavier one and a heating pad for my toes. My nose can be cold but not my toes.

Don't use blankets unless I am lounging on the sofa then I only use one. Use one duvet on the bed
