No; love is deeper then the surface. I do believe in infatuation at first sight.

I agree with Carolyn. I believe in lust at first sight and maybe attraction at first sight. Love takes time to build and achieve.

Doesn't everyone want to feel there is love at first sight? I wanted to believe it. Unfortunately, love takes a long time to grow. Love is when you see the other person at their very worst and you still love them. Lust is an incredibly strong emotion. Lust can turn into love over time, but lust is not love! Lust can feel much stronger when you are in lust, but love is much deeper. Love is more subtle, it is softer, love lasts long after lust disappears. Love is by far more desirable, yet it doesn't make your heart flutter the way lust does. Love is more subtle, it is softer, it is deeper, and it is very warm and secure. Lust, in fact, can be overwhelming and even make you feel more insecure. It is when you don't think that you can live without the other person. When you are in love, you feel safe and secure in the relationship. Love is more beautiful than lust will ever be. Lust is to feel and enjoy. It is wonderful, but not as wonderful as love.

Yes, I do believe in love at first sight. I married my college sweetheart, it been seven years since we got married--now were getting a divorce. Towards the end she began to lie and act funny, so we decided it was best to go our separate ways.

I saw some shoes I loved at first sight, and upon closer inspection, I still loved them. Bought them, brought them home, and still love them.

No.. It's probably admiration or physical attraction. I think it can be considered as love when the time comes that you can take all the good things along with the bad things from that person....
