Dhoni is new to captaincy so chances are dim.
It is not necessary that a successful captain in 20-20 match will be successful in 50-50 overs match also.
Its too early to comment.
Current AUS ODI series is the real test of Captaincy.
A good batsman not necessarily will be a good captain

We have to decide once he done this job for atlest 50 ODI and 25 test matches. It will be better to give some time to fit the captain role. more win or more loss but we must watch how he mange the team during the match.

ya i feel he would be a successful captain b'coz his bodylanguage on the field shows aggretion for the opposite side. he keeps backing up the players on field. he supports the new talent n take advantage of senior player's experience. so all in all it favours the team to win so he would be a successful captain.
